Reviews invole multiple stakeholders who assume specic roles and responsibilities.

  1. Manager
    Oversees the review process and ensures it aligns with project objectives and timelines.

  2. Author
    Get it out there as fast as possible, but position as a draft. Yes, it will have things missing, but the sooner it’s out there, the sooner you can get feedback.
